The private part I was talking about was the deaths in the family.  That had
nothing to do with the mercury poisoning.  And as far as I know, the deaths
were not mentioned on TV or in the paper, especially the nature of the
deaths. Whether a public forum or subscribed list, neither should be used to
talk about anyone's personal problems, except them.

on WWL TV as well as on WWL's website and being published in the

I in no way am trying to be offensive about this.  Rather, a simple "No
comment" on these folks' part would have gone a long way toward keeping
their private matters, just that - private.  Additionally, this is not a
public forum, but rather, a subscribed list.
