Do the Habitat for Humanity homes have to go through the same permitting
process as do private homeowners.  Are these homes slated for certain parts
of the parish more suited for their size. The homes tend to be small
averaging about 1000 sf.  If one is built in an area where most of the homes
are in the 1500 - 2000 sf range, could this reduce property values in the
area.  Isn't that one of the things we were trying to avoid.
