Hi Mr John
Got (finally) a phone call from the Road Home with some real info.
Supposedly they accepted the appraisal and adjusted the value to the
appraised value by you. Thanks so much. You did a fine job.
(Now comes the wait for a closing date, after I had to obtain a July 2005
utility bill. Darn, should have packed that stub when we evacuated. THanks
to Entergy, I did get a copy).
