thanks for the encouragement. I will start researching this right away.  My
guess is that it is a commercial issue and therefore FEMA makes it really
difficult to touch it.  But you are right that whoever owns it should be
made to take care of it.

CRAIG, I was wondering about the Sugar Mill Apartments, who is responsible
for cleaning and maintaining the grass and whatever else is happening with
them? It looks like these apartments haven't been cleaned out, but I'm not
really sure. The grass is terribly out of control, and who knows what is
living in that jungle. Who owns that property and what can we do to get it
cleaned up? The lot where the laundry room is sitting is right across the
street from me and I just think it is not right that the people here are
trying to make their properties look nice and normal, then we have to worry
about what is living in there and if it will come to our homes. Please check
into this for me and my neighbors when you can. Any help of getting this
cleaned up will greatly be appreciated. Also, you have my vote all the
