Jer, Quite simply, this list is not a news organization. I try to make sure
all sides get out, but a lot of the articles are sent to me, not stuff I
find on my own. Jindal used to send out a weekly email that I forwarded to
the list. If he stops sending them, I can't forward them. Besides, Jindal
is getting more than enough early crowning from the media. --Westley.

Jer responds: Wes, this I realize that it's never been a news organization
but a "pass-it-on bulletin board" of sorts.

I was a bit concerned that "media crowning" is what disturbs me mostly in
the liberal media and unless the Jindal-ploitation is negative, no
liberal-running establishment wants to touch news about Jindal.

Ok, granted somehow, that e-mail releases has not been received by you--how
does this methodology change from some of the aggressive ways you've
obtained news which affect St. Bernard? Am I assuming all news are sent to
your e-mail and none come about proactively by choice to pass on info?

At any rate, "fair and balanced - reporting" is being compromised with
one-sided glamour spun by the Boasso Camp. Yes, Mr. Boasso needs time here
on the Ask Wesley site as he should be. It's very important a matter to be
in touch with our next governor. He will not only affect the entire state,
but St. Bernard Parish has indeed a "vested interest" in the gubernatorial
outcome. Recovery is adamant for a parish so decimated, that it's
quick-pick-me-up future is in doubt for many of its citizens.

Because if we snooze this time --- we lose indeed. Continue the good work
and as voters we'll continue to "believe what we believe in" with
conviction.
