[StBernard] Bobby Jindal and the McKinsey Factor

All of this verbage, but is there anything directly linking Jindal as this
being his idea?  It doesn't appear Jindal even knew about this based on what
the article says, or doens't say, yet it implicates him in what comes across
as a criminal act.  Companies hire countless consultants for all different
reasons.   I want to see some hard evidence Jindal either knew or had
something to do with this, otherwise it sounds like political fodder from a
candidate trailing well behind Jindal and showing desparation.  If there was
anything to this it would have come out in the media long ago.
