[StBernard] IRS has bad news on Road Home

A Grant is free money -- why should that be taxed?  If the Road Home money
is taxed then will the grant money FEMA & the Red Cross gave out after the
storm be taxed too? SAD SAD and it never ends.  I'm starting to believe they
