"...If I had done something wrong, I would have been arrested," DiFatta said
Thursday afternoon. "I was not. I will deny that I was involved in any
activity of that nature."

We all know because of politics and connections it's possible to have things
like this swept under the rug.  Looks like ole Harry Lee did Di Fatta a
little favor by letting things drop, but that in no way means Di Fatta
wasn't guilty.
