[StBernard] Reply to ddk on Restaurants

Charlie's has great food - they are on St. Bernard Highway just before the
Violet canal on the left.  They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Eat there a couple times a week and NEVER had a bad meal.  We like Armond's
as well.
