Hello, I am the homeowner on Virtue street that made the website
StopSDT.org. I read an email you wrote to "Jim" that recommended that we
contact DEQ, EPA, etc.

For almost two years I have spent countless hours on the phone with DEQ,
EPA, and our state and local officials. Their response is always the same -
it is a "zoning issue" that no one do anything about.

The buck stops at Dave Peralta, the ST. Bernard zoning official. He refuses
to even hear our complaints about this. No one is St. Bernard dare make a
move that would offend a Torres.

We have gone to the media; we have been interveied by Paul Rioux and by ABC
26 news; however neither of them followed through with the story. 

We are at our wits end; the only option it seems we have is to start suing
people.
