DDK, I like a place just a few blocks down from Five Happiness on S.
Carrollton called the Chinese Kitchen - but I've never checked if they've
returned since Katrina.  And I have to admit, even though it's a chain, but
I find PF Chaing's in Lakeside Mall to be very good.
