the project is funded and underway- the construction should begin in 2008
with a two - three year construction phase.  It will feed the I-10 via Alvar
and will connect at Paris Rd inside the levee.

"Florida Ave. Connection" that will provide St. Bernard residents with an
elavated "interstate" system starting at Paris Road and connecting to Poland
at the interstate?
