The high rise bridge portion of the Florida Ave Expressway is coming along.
I have reviewed the nearly completed plans.This is a LA DOTD project.  The
state is negotiating right of ways at this time. This is for the bridge
itself, which will be just north of the existing Florida Ave railroad
bridge, and the ramps from Poland Ave. to the bridge and the ramp on the
other side of the canal, too. ddk
