[StBernard] David Duke Resurrected?

You know, Mr. Duke pulled off St. Bernard in the past election. If there is
any significant reason for why Mr. Duke might win, it's because a "thank you
Rev. Al Sharpton and company" for bringing tension to not only Jena, but the
entire state of LA, with his Jena 6 mentality. Not only did the good Rev. Al
spark the nation's black populace, he also upset many in the U.S. for
stirring da pot of racism before the cameras. In essence, this escalated or
exacerbated the situation and could possibly enlighten voters in retaliation
for blaming the entire region (and now the nation, as if he's God's sword to
justice) who became upset in some way, shape or form. The issue would have
been forgotten if he hadn't used his own hate-mongering to stretch a
school-yard fight into a national disgrace.

Yes, perhaps Mr. Duke would have his chance now because Rev. Al. wants a
name as proven as MLK who wanted peace, we read. In the upcoming months and
years, because of Rev. Al, there will be more turmoil, threats and perhaps
deaths on both sides of the issue.

Time will tell.

-----------------------------------------------------
A few years ago David Duke just missed making it into the run-off against
Dave Treen. Political experts agreed that if Duke was gathering momentum
and if he had another week he would have eged out David Vitter to make the
run off and would likely have beaten Dave Treen.

So, does Duke have a legitmate chance to win this time around...you betcha
ya bottom he does! If he didn't think so, he wouldn't be looking at running
for the seat. He could very well win that seat if he can get any fund
raising - and there are still plenty of bubba's across America who will
glady ante up for his campaign. Any other candidate who takes Duke lightly
will be a damned fool.
