[StBernard] Interesting idea about new hospital

To me it is a no brianer. Why would we want decisions that important to be
made by lame duck elected officials. Not having a hospital in the parish is
certainly one of the very top factors in some people's timing on when to
come back. Let's get this right, one or two months is not too long to wait
to avoid the appearence of immpropriety. This will send a load and clear
message that things are changing and we are getting it right. One way or
the other we will be sending a message, a new day has dawned or it's the
same old same old.

I would like to right now challenge all of our current elected officials, as
well as newly elected officials, to get on board with this and call for the
new council and administration to make these most important decisions.

I say let's make a statement, "A new day is dawning in St. Bernard." What
do you think guys?
