[StBernard] Craig-need FEMA rental assistance answers

Craig,  I have received an e-mail from Corporate Lodging saying my tenant's
rent will be extended for another month.  I do not know why since just last
week they said she was no longer eligible.  I think maybe FEMA will be doing
this on a month by month basis.
