[StBernard] Fema letter

Did everyone get this latest fema letter? 
I thought I was all finished with that, when I tried to get rent expense
reimbursed. Now I get another letter asking me if I got up to 26 grant or
something like that. I just filed it with the rest as I dont think there is
any more money in my name.
Is this a blanket mailing?
