"It is extremely disappointing that the Corps is again ignoring the intent
of Congress by delaying their report," Landrieu said. "While it is essential
that the Corps get the report right, it is inexcusable for them to continue
to delay when they have had more than two years to complete it."

**Geez, when are people ever going to learn that NOTHING will stop a
Hurricane Cat 5 (nor 4) from devastation if it hits a community like New
Orleans, St. Bernard and coastal areas in Louisiana?

There can be no guarantee of safety here because there would be more lies if
the Corps admit that they fixed the areas enough to stop a hurricane if it
came our way!

Enough said since it's ludicrous to envision this happening otherwise.
