SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS 

The Louisiana American Italian Sports Hall of Fame presented scholarships to
15 local high school students Jan. 12 in the Napoleon Room at the New
Orleans Hilton Riverside. 

Among the 15 were seven students from Chalmette High School. They are: Cecil
Ruiz Jr., Gabrielle Burns, Breann Deubler, Scott Scharfenstein, Brittany
Dominique, Mary Beth Tamor and Kayla Williams.
