Several people have been trying to find IRS tax forms and
instruction
booklets at libraries and post offices and it seems the IRS has cut
back.
Not everyone has the internet and others don't feel like paying $20
to efile
	a federal return and another $20 to e-file a state return. E-file
is free
for federal returns up to an income of $54k and is not free for LA
residents, but cost $10. Why isn't LA participating like some other
states
that have made arrangements for free state e-filing for those who
qualify
for free federal e-filing? Students and elderly and other lower
income
taxpayers shouldn't be paying $10 to e-file the LA return when their
fed
return is e-filed for free. ddk

forms can be downloaded by going to www.irs.gov
