[StBernard] Question for Craig re: St. Bernard Voice

Well the Voice hasn't quite moved to the 21st century yet have they?  They
are the official whatever of the parish and I see they have a list online of
proceedings of public bodies, legal notices, etc. but the links, sadly,
go......nowhere.
