What actual criteria was used to identify a property to be placed on the
forced demo list?
 
Properties that have filed a previous permit, last year, already received
Road Home monies, but still have not started to rebuild, how long will the
parish allow these properties to sit unfinished, with n one in them. No
walls, electricity, etc.
