"'Old days, good times I remember'...MsSimms"

Jer: Yes, no matter which area of the country you called HOME, there are
memories we can share that are beyond belief -- unless another has lived
through them. Today, by default (or as usual, or instead of, or in lieu of,
or even--something that has been replaced...those "olden days are still
fresh in the minds of those fortunate enough to have witnessed BETTER TIMES
than these.

Let's take New Orleans, for example. It wasn't always home to the derelict,
the immoral, the pitiful, the overflow of crime and pestilence (and of
course, there are better areas, but it appears to be the exception today and
not the norm). If some are fortunate to be free of diapers (those 0ver 50
<smile>) one would certainly recollect how beautiful those days flashback to
us (in comparison to what is in our most recent recollection).

Here's a little piece of heaven links, some nostalgia appreciated even
before my moments in the sun:

Many more memories, but a lot to digest.

Now, off to get a muffuletta at Central Grocery <ooommmmm>
