[StBernard] Newspaper Recycling

Ok, everytime I place a stack of newspapers in the garbage can it just gets
to me.
 
Now that most of us are receiving daily papers, including the St. Bernard
News, and Voice,
certainly some non-profit organization could get a recycling event going.
 
I previously furnished the information of the recycling company's contact
that I communicated with to:
St. Bernard School Board,
Rediscover District C board,
Murphy Oil - of course only for their help to possibly assign a spot on
their owned ground for the receptable that one of our non-profit groups
could use.
 
However, here I am one year later still throwing out all of the papers, and
where do they go, into whatever landfill SDT dumps them.
 
Maybe there is someone that is associated with  a non-profit group that
would as least attempt a pilot program to see if we can get a system
working.
