I don't know what part of Palmansano you drove through, but for the most
part, it is looking better than ever.  They just got started late.  Look
down Corinne, Campanga, and many others and you will see that lots of
residents have completed, or nearly completed, their homes.  The next key
step is to remove trailers from the Parish altogher.  That was the proble
with Torres Park  - Nothing could be done until all the trailers were
removed.  Look around.  Firestone just reopened in front of Home Depot, and
it looks way better that it did before the storm.  Same thing with most of
the store fronts in village square.  It just takes a few neighbors to take
the plunge, and others will follow.  Sell out cheap and expect more rental
requests.
