	FEMA beurocrasy?  Why doesn't the Parish just haul the junk off if
their not too busy grand-standing at all their function?  Give me 10 bucks
I'll do it myself.  I would sure feel better about inviting people from out
of town; its a disgrace.   If this your idea of rebeautification, then you
should take a page from Biloxi.
