[StBernard] pet party

It originally opened on St. Bernard Hwy about a year ago, and then moved to
Paris Rd and now on Jean Lafitte.  I haven't been to the Jean Lafitte store
but when it was in the other locations, it had some pet supplies.

I passed down Jean Lafitte Pwy the other day and glimpsed a bunch of
colorful balloons by a place now called Pet Party Place. Looks like a party
supply store. Is it a pet supply too? 
I just got to take a day and scout around the parish again. There are so
many little gems of shops popping up all over.
