I purchased all my appliances from Direct Buy
I priced them at 4 other places
Same brand, serial numbers & etc.
They were cheaper, I did have to pay tax, but didn't have to pay
shipping ~ was delivered right to my door ~ no extra charge.
Front door, tankless water heater, garage door & etc.
I did find when you choose things they have in the catalog, they
put out each quarter ~ you save more.
I did google the company before I joined. Went to the one in
Jefferson
The people were very nice & willing to help
By what I read about the place, maybe I have the wrong Direct
Buy

" NOW...on the other hand...I do NOT know whether
Direct Buy is a franchise type of business. Perhaps it is ONLY the south
Louisiana Direct Buy that is having problems???? Again...I'm only speaking
from my own personal dealings and experience with Direct Buy up here in
Nashville, TN. "

Jer Responds: **Unfortunately, sadly, embarrassingly and incredibly, from my
experience: Louisiana has more crooks out of prison than in prison! I've
lived elsewhere in the U.S. and the comparison is phenomenal. Sure, there is
crime everywhere and where I lived, but in Louisiana (and truthfully), it
increases proportionally: white collar, blue collar, crimes of passion and
violence, political, individual, group, it doesn't matter. Stats back up the
"claim of fame" that just about anyone and everyone here is either a
criminal, has been a victim or has criminal activity instinct/potential to
proport/commit one/many in the near future.

..especially in our state. Hence, Gov. Jindal took it into his stance to
establish believable and workable ethics laws, attack crime on our streets
and promote law abiding and good rules for behaviors. If National Guard can
have a presence in New Orleans there's certainly a need there. If Louisiana
direct has state, local people of excessive greed or unethical business
activities, (or any other business looking to rake customers over the
coals---time for whistle blowing and confrontation to clean up that
garbage--one "BAD CAN" at a time.
