"Judge delays ruling on St. Bernard Parish rental ordinance

A federal judge on Tuesday said she would wait until the St. Bernard Parish
Council amends its controversial rental property ordinance before ruling on
a request to formally suspend its enforcement.

The suit by the Florida investors marks the second challenge to the
council's rental ordinance. In February the parish paid $32,500 to settle a
lawsuit filed by the Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center that
claimed an earlier version of the ordinance was racially discriminatory
because it included a clause requiring council permission for homeowners to
rent to anyone who was not a blood relative."

**I'm curious. Has anyone sued New Orleans and Mayor Naggie for
racially-charged, discriminatory remarks who would want "chocolate blood
relatives" to re-/over populate New Orleans over other cultures? Seems
shoe-fitting is in order here.

Also, one had to know whom Naggie would throw his Super-Delegate status
around when placing his vote in the (Liberal) Primary-Pledged Delegate
situation: "hint--he's not a 'non-chocolate' (tho' this could possibly
confuse Naggie who is but 1/64th blood-relative to ancestry instead of the
individual currently running who proclaims himself a "half-'n-half" mix
wanting voters to believe that no matter how each votes, the action would
elect a "blood-brother" on any voter's side of the fence. Such crock!!

Let's get a better black candidate in there to run the country such as
respectable General Colin Powell or Clarence Thomas, etc! They truly would
make the right changes on the correct position of the political
fence--conservatism!! Somehow, something tells me that liberals would
consider these great men in their decision/agendas as these pillars of grand
standing (no pun here) are not part of the correct persuasion in their
scheme of things...!

Again, I decry: "Crock".
