Good Afternoon,

 

I would like to know if you could send a request for information to any
parish officials who may be able to assist? Parish President Craig Taffaro,
Sheriff Stephens and any Firefighter or any one else.

I am looking for information in regards to before during and after Hurricane
Katrina.

Personal thoughts and first hand knowledge as to the events that took place
and rebuilding efforts and where they stand as of now. ie population, homes
occupied, businesses, schools and hospitals.

I am a former resident of "da parish" and am taking a speech class and would
like to do a speech on St Bernard because most people don't know and are not
even aware of some of the events.  Hoping to get some information that most
people would not know about. 

First to arrive and start rescue operations (canadian mounties?) federal
assistance and the like.

Any information that could be given would be greatly appreciated.
