St. Bernard Parish authorities are asking the public's help in finding three
contractors being sought for Hurricane Katrina-related fraud.

The Sheriff's Office said Antoinette C. Vryniotis, 68, of Chalmette is
wanted for theft by fraud after allegedly taking $45,000 from a Chalmette
man to clean and repair his hurricane-damaged business, but only doing about
$20,000 worth of work.

Vryniotis is also accused of defrauding three subcontractors and performing
faulty work for an Arabi homeowner. The Sheriff's Office thinks she might
have fled to the Houston area.

Nestor Fabian Ayala, 33, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., is wanted for contractor's
misapplication of payments. Authorities said Ayala allegedly received
$42,000 from an elderly Chalmette man for work on his house, but took off
with $35,000 of it.

Tyron Jacquwayne Bryant, 40, of Raleigh, N.C., is wanted for theft of
$12,700. Authorities said Bryant, doing business as Bryant Construction Co.,
allegedly took the money from an Arabi homeowner but skipped town without
doing any work. He might have returned to North Carolina, authorities said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at (504)
271-2501 or the detectives office at (504) 278-7630.
