A hospital should have been the number on priority.  Now they are all proud
that they have a plan for one.  A 40 bed hospital is nor more than a fancy
clinic.  Then they want to build it across from the government complex,
close to the 9th ward. It should be built closer to the central part of the
parish.  Get rid of the mess save-a-center sears k-mart, etc. and build it
there.  But our officials should be ashamed instead of proud.  Taking this
long is a joke
