We got the check!  Yay!

However, I don't know if we have a problem or not.  When completing the
forms from out of state (they allowed this due to poor health- forms were
signed and notarized) we noticed that some of the forms said option 2.
We're doing option 1 repair/rebuild.  I called HGI services and the woman I
talked to said not to worry, but I did add a written note and cover letter
that we were choosing option 1. 

Got the check today and at the bottom it says Buyer/Seller  [name] and on
next line property address.  Having gotten this far we don't want to have
any further screw-ups.  Is this the way most folks have seen their checks?
(those who did not elect direct deposit)
