CHAT is urging residents to respond to the Action Plan Amendments announced

CHAT Road Home Survey: Road Home Problems
CHAT has created an online survey to gather information about the problems
homeowners are having with the program - calculation mistakes, money delays,
and elevation program issues. Whether you have received your Road Home money

Utility Bill Deferment


The Louisiana Public Service Commission has declared an Energy Emergency,
allowing elderly, low-income and disabled customers to defer paying portions
of their electricity bills for as long as a year. Qualified individuals
should apply for deferment before September 12. Find out more information in

ACORN Housing: Rebuilding Consultation for 9th Ward and NO East Homeowners


AHC NOLA Development offers rehab/rebuilding consultation services to
current Lower Ninth Ward and New Orleans East homeowners. The goal of this
