They left St Bernard preStorm.  That is a distinct difference from St
Bernard residents and businesses making the right decisions for their

I, for one, am happy to see Shangri-La come crashing down. Funny, how what
was once the largest crew in St. Bernard Parish, is now having problems
since they've left St. Bernard.

Lanatro-Tusa deserves all the troubles she's having for abandoning St.
Bernard way before the storm.

    NEW ORLEANS - The Krewe of Shangri-La announced Tuesday that it will
not
    march in the 2009 Mardi Gras celebration. Citing their ?present
economic
    situation,? the Krewe said it intends to return in 2010, and to
conduct a
    Valentine?s Day French Quarter Stroll. Tickets to the stroll will be
$275.

     krewe?s captain and founder, Mary Katherine Lonatro-Tusa, released
