*	HUD will grant a 90-day moratorium on foreclosures and will offer
grants, low-cost loans, and other programs to assist homeowners and business

*	The Office of Recovery Development and Administration is working to
open three Points of Distribution (PoDs) in New Orleans to hand out food and
water. The PoDs should be open between 12noon and 3pm today (9/5), depending
on set up time and food deliveries. All PoDs are being set up by the
National Guard.
