OK, so here's a question: what if you chose NOT to evacuate and suffered through the heat. Do you still qualify for asisstance?

Seriously.

If your house is UNdamaged you just lost electricity (like I would venture 95% plus of the people reading this) what exactly do you need asisstance for???

Not trying to be trite, just looking for clarification!
