It looks as though Cox email has hit a snag somewhere and a bunch of people
using them are no longer getting the emails.

If you know someone who was using Cox email and on this list, please ask
them to send me an email and I will reactivate the emails for them. Until
they complain or sign up with a new email address, they won't be getting any
emails.
