St. Bernard "Sunday in the Park" concert series continues on Sept. 28 

"Carlos Sanchez" and "August Rush" to play in free event from 4 to 7 p.m.

 

The "Sunday in the Park" Concert Series continues on Sunday, Sept. 28 in the
Sidney Torres Park Amphitheater.

 

In the final concert in the series, "Carlos Sanchez" will play from 4 to 5
p.m. and "August Rush" will play from 5 to 7 p.m. 

 

This is the third "Sunday in the Park" free concert in the series. "Bobby
Cure and the Summertime Blues" and "Abita Blues" performed at the two
previous events.

 

The event has been sponsored by: St. Bernard Parish Government, St. Bernard
Parish Department of Parks, Recreation, Culture and Tourism, supported by a
grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural
Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism in cooperation
with the Louisiana Arts Council as administered by the St. Tammany Arts
Commission, St. Tammany Parish.
