On Saturday October 4th,  we will be going to the polls to cast many votes.
It's an honor and privilege for us to ask you and your family and friends to
join my Family and VOTE for RICK SWARTZ- District Court Judge Division C-
St. Tammany and Washington Parishes.
 
Rick is the most qualified candidate with extensive legal and judicial
experience. He has served as a AD Hoc Judge, Slidell City Court- 1999-2004.
In addition to being a practicing attorney for 30 years, Rick has been
extremely active as a VOLUNTEER in the Community.  He has distinguished
himself as being named  a Distinguished Club President- Kiwanis
International and also has been active in Slidell and St. Tammany's Chamber
of Commerce.  Rick is also a former member of the St. Tammany Planning
Commission.
 
Rick, a member of the Grace Memorial Baptist Church, has been married to
Charmaine for 32 years and they have 2 children.
 
I meet Rick through my dear friends for the past 40 years, Bob and Cathy
Henderson. Bob, who is a CPA and Private Practicing Attorney for the last 35
years,  is Rick's Campaign Treasurer.  I trust and respect Bob and Cathy's
judgment and I'm confident they know that Rick is the BEST QUALIFIED
Candidate.
