[StBernard] evicted?

I seem to have heard that the St Bernard Health Center received an eviction
notice during Gustav. Is that true or was I delusional? 
Is such a notice valid while evacuated?
Can it be delayed? Anyone knows anything? I hate to see it go. It is all we
have just now on healthcare.
