I just copied and pasted what the AG's office sent out. 

Tony Micheu just won the race for JP Ward C. I'm guessing he is a reserve
deputy and asked the AG's office for clarification. Looks like he will have
to resign one of the positions (and I would guess it would be the reserve
deputy).
