Dear Friends:

There are seven proposed amendments to the Constitution of the State of
Louisiana on the Tuesday, November 4, 2008 ballot.

The Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana, Inc. is a private,
non-partisan, non-profit research organization.  They do a good job at
explaining each proposed amendment and how it would affect Louisiana.

It also contains a small voter checklist which can easily be carried into
the voting machine.
