	It was more of a call for others to search.
	
	I finally had a chance to search today and I think the campaign
finance
	reports at the parish council level are still a joke.
	
	Not one councilman used electronic reporting. Two of them never
filed any
	reports. One is such a bad copy you can't read it.
	
	For the two that didn't file, it means they didn't spend more than
	$5000 on
	their campaign or collect more than $200 from any one person.

	Needless to say, I didn't find anything on SDT. But, I wonder who
Lewis
	Frank of Park Investments is. He spent some money supporting
	 several
