[StBernard] Claiborne Judge Seeber Bridge Closure

LA DOTD announced that all lanes of the Claiborne Avenue/Judge Seeber Bridge
over the IHNC will be closed from 10 am til 2pm on Friday, November 14,2008
for DOTD inspections. Alternate route is St. Claude Avenue Bridge. Florida
Ave. Bridge is still closed to vehicular traffic due to Hurricane Gustav
damage repairs underway.
