New Resources for Renters


The Pathway to Homeownership Soft Second Mortgage Loan Program program is
designed to help renters become homeowners and to help homeowners renovate.
The program is open to properties in Orleans Parish designated Housing
Opportunity Zones.

assist residents with tenant/landlord issues.
