St. Bernard Parish turn over documents to SDT

St. Bernard Parish officials turned over documents about their dealings with
SDT Waste & Debris Services Friday. 

The parish handed over their records, which includes contracts and payments
they made to the company. 

SDT's business practices have been the focus of a series of "4 Investigates"
reports. 

Sources tell Eyewitness News that a subpoena also went to the landfill where
SDT dumps its garbage: River Birch on the West Bank. 

As we have reported, River Birch notified St. Bernard nearly a year ago that
its landfill payments had skyrocketed since the parish opened a waste
transfer station.
