I saw the article and wondered the same thing about the Manor bldgs. and I
guess you are right.  More elderly **might** return if the manor was open,
but then there is no health care (the routine medical things the elderly
might need) in the parish at this time.

	The article doesn't mention St. Bernard Manor or what's to be done
with
	it,
	but I guess it's not a good idea to bring elderly back yet since
	there's no
	hospital in the immediate
	 area.
