	On motion of Mr. Lauga, seconded by Mr. Auderer, it was moved to
adopt the following resolution:
RESOLUTION SBPC #438-12-08

BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Bernard Parish Council, the governing
authority, does hereby adopt the following St. Bernard Parish Council
Meeting dates for 2009: 
January  6, 2009 @ 7:00 p.m.
January 20, 2009 @ 4:00 p.m.

February  3, 2009 @ 7:00 p.m.
February 17, 2009 @ 4:00 p.m.

March  3, 2009 @ 7:00 p.m.
March 17, 2009 @ 4:00 p.m.

	The above and foregoing having been submitted to a vote, the vote
thereupon resulted as follows:

	YEAS: 	Lauga, Cavignac, Everhardt, Auderer

	NAYS:	Ginart

	ABSENT:	 Henderson

	The Chairman, Mr. Landry, cast his vote as YEA. 
	
	And the motion was declared adopted on the 2nd day of December,
