Third St. Bernard Parish man booked in rape of 13-year-old Lacombe girl

A third St. Bernard Parish man has been arrested in connection with the rape
of a 13-year-old Lacombe girl, authorities said. 

Louis Ceaser Jr., 35, 3405 Golden Drive, Apt. D. Chalmette, was booked
Thursday with aggravated rape. He remains in St. Bernard Parish Prison in
lieu of $200,000 bond, the St. Bernard Sheriff's Office said.

The girl allegedly met a man via a telephone party line and agreed for him
to come to Lacombe and pick her up at her home. The teen left home without
her mother's knowledge and was driven by two men to Chalmette, where she was
allegedly raped in an apartment, she told investigators. 

The girl told investigators that several men had sex with her at the
apartment. 

Earlier this week, Cornell "Duke" Young, 31, and Gabriel Nelson, 17, both of
Meraux were booked with aggravated rape in connection with the incident. The
girl alleged Young and Nelson drove her from Lacombe to Chalmette. 

The St. Bernard Sheriff's Office said the investigation is continuing.
